Training The club trains twice a weekl. Our training times are:
You should train twice a week in order to be eligible to grade. If you cannot train twice a week the period between gradings will be extended. Because our sessions are only one hour long you should make every effort to be warmed up before the session starts. On Wednesdays the seniors are welcome to arrive any time after 18:00, to use the dojo to warm up or practice. The senior dan grades are usually available during this time for help and advice. Dojo
