Training Schedule

Our sessions are for all ages and abilities, sessions are tailored to suit the needs of the students and their objectives.
We often split sessions to suit attendance and the last 30 minutes of each session is split to allow the kids to participate in a more "game" based environment to maintain their engagement.
Monthly Training Plans
Red Lion is a non-profit club, aiming to keep membership costs low.
We provide monlthy subscription plans to suit mosts needs. All plans include a complimentary first training session.
