At last weekends Shotokan Connect all grade course Frank passed his 5th with an excellent performance under the watchfull eyes of John Parnell, Robin Dale and Val Dale.

Bo Course
Saturday 5th October 2023
The second of the Bi-annual Bo Course, held at Surrey Sports Park in Guildford.
This is a great opportunity to try a slightly different aspect of Karate.
