The club trains twice a week at the sport centre, and once a week online. Our training times are:
Monday 18:30 – 19:30 all ages, all grades
Wednesday 18:30 – 19:30 all ages, all grades
Friday 18:30 – 19:00 online strength and stretch
You should train twice a week in order to be eligible to grade. If you cannot train twice a week the period between gradings will be extended.
Dojo Fees
The first training session for all new members is free of charge, after which they will be required to set up a standing order to pay their dojo fees online per calender month. Dojo fees are:
